My comcast mail is not working! I even logged into their website and there's no mail!

I noticed it yesterday when I tried to send myself email and it wouldn't go through.

Are all my emails just lost in space?

Anybody else have Comcast?

glassgirl:

every now & then COMCAST MAIL will "stick" while downloading to you -- here's the solution:

LOG ON to the mail section of www.comcast.net

(You need your NAME & PASSWORD)

Then, delete any emails in your INBOX & then from your TRASH...

Your email will be FINE now

Here's something else I've found that happens from time to time...my mail will get hung up, so I'll stop Outlook and check my Comcast mail online through their site. Every time this happens, I find a damn Half.com email constipating the line! Don't know why these certain emails do it, but they do. As soon as I delete that one email, everything flows smoothly once again.

ok everybody...resend those emails because evidently they're lost in space.

(note to myself: You can't use 103% of a 100% mailbox)

That's funny - You actually can go briefly above 100% on yahoo, but they want you to buy more space so I guess they are being nice...talking about email, I've decided to give a new program a try. This is big, since I have been a Eudora user since 1993. It is a program called Bloomba, which is supposed to learn what is spam and what is not based on what you do. We'll see - Anyone else have experience with this program? If it doesn't work well, it is only a 30 day trial and I can go back to Eudora.

Also if you have a domain name your host can offer email.
Crystaltech has a mail program that is as portable and nearly as savvy as a yahoo email.
I use it for my web page that is not ebay related.
No I do not work for Crystaltech, but I think most hosts these days offer something like that.
I get so much spam that it's a godsend to be able to sift through it.

glassgrl,
I think mine went through this time, for once it didn't come back to me.

Now, I have a question, not about mail though.
When I was on AOL I used to know how to empty my cache I am now on wmconnect.com & have no idea how to do it.

I am using a Compaq lap top Pentium III,
Windows XP in case that matters.

Can anyone help me, please.

Jane
