On Tuesday I purchased universal credits to complete my year-end reports - I received an email confirming purchase. I only use vrane at year-end and have forgotten my password. I have sent numerous "forgot password" contacts and have not received a reply. I have also sent an email to webmaster and no reply. Does anyone have a phone number or other suggestions to contact vrane. Thanks!

Good luck, they stopped communicating with me a long time ago. I let the credits expire, and for a while I did everything myself (til today, when I discovered Merlin)
