I think we all forget in order to be a power seller (not all) you must beable to find and use someone else's images and description as not to spend to much time doing your own. When my images were stolen by a power seller the excuse was I dind't want to take my camera out and do my own.

Now I know their are honest power sellers so I am not grouping them into this kind of a seller just expressing my opinion. I envy a power seller that do all the work them selves.

Even if they do find outside sources for their images, the least they can do is steal the image and host it themselves rather than utilizing someone elses bandwidth too.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Since there is a bid on the auction, the seller can't revise it. That photo will stay there forever unless the owner decides to delete it from his image host.

Looks like a saline breast implant. Another poster boy for power sellers.

The seller could retract the bids and cancel the auction I suppose?

The real owner of the picture is a Vendio member. They probably learned about the picture substitution trick by reading some of the threads here in the Ebay Outlook.

I think this trick was probably propagated by the original poster.

The picture is also in their original auction that ended February 4th.

Hey, Go,

I do believe you're correct! Too funny. Now as long as the first, original auction stays on eBay that picture will be there too. I don't think I'd bid on their auctions if I saw it.

The picture is also in their original auction that ended February 4th.

Today is the 4th - am I missing something?

Also, when you link a photo with Vendio, it stays with the auction even if it does close. If the original owner of the photo switched to the "thief" photo, it would also show up in closed. If there is a closed auction with it, the auction could have very well been "normal" - until the original photo owner switched photos. I think?

I cant claim credit for this

I saw it on the Power Sellers Discussion Board.

I though everyone might like a laugh

However.. I replied I would have put "FREE FEDEX OVERNIGHT DELIVERY WITH PURCHASE".

Thats probably better than janet Jackson..That might get removed by Safe Harbor for "adult item"

Someone posted What a great Idea

and Low and Behold there is it.

Too bad The thread was removed..I guess because it had the auction # in it.

Personally, I considered their half-time show to be a real bust!

T'was a bit of MTV getting back at CBS, tit-4-tat!

Ralphie noted that Justin appears to be preparing for a run for CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR!
