Hi, I requested the final value fee on an auction that had already been paid. I didn't think she had paid but she had, it just slipped by me. I never received any e-mails from her, just a check and so I didn't have any old e-mails to check. How can I get this reversed on Ebay? I tried to look and find out but couldn't find the right place to do it. I figured this is the best place to ask the question. Thanks in advance.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Here is how:

Follow these links:

1) Go to the "site map" (on top of every ebay page).

2) Proceed to the middle row (the one that starts with "services".

3) Continue down until you reach "request final vale fee credit".

4) Click on that page, and proceed to the bottom half of section 4 (which is titled "Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal".

This will be what you need.

Good Luck!

Hope this link works.
Non-Paying Buyer Warning Removal form
Well, I guess it didn't. Go to my ebay, bottom of the page under trust and safety is non paying bidder program. click on it. Click on request a FVF (#4) learn more. That takes you to the next page. Go down to Worked things out with the buyer. Your link is there to remove FVF.
