Definitely Asian, either Japanese or Chinese??? I think the words are saying "Help, I don't know enough to get in out of the rain."

it's BOTH Chinese AND Japanese!
Even though the two languages are utterly different in sound and grammer, the written words are identical! Any Japanese can read a Chinese newspaper and understand it, and vice versa. The letters are called "ideograms" in english, "Kanji" in Japanese, and I guess they are called something different in every Chinese dialect, because I couldn't find a name on a quick Google search.
but here is a little information;

Actually, those characters are Arabic. It translates to "Property of Osama Bin Laden - Reward for return"

Actually it says, " Remove from drink before sipping to prevent eye injury."

The red writing says, " Do not expose to water".

This is a paper parasol!
