I got a stinkin' neutral that states "Took over a month to reveive my item".
Of course, they conviently left out the fact that they took 2 and a half weeks to get the payment to me AND that they paid by check (yes, I do the 10 business day wait).
Just aggravating, felt like venting. Almost feel like venting to the customer.

Yes, you can comment on a neutral. Make it calm and professional though as it will be your bidders that will be reading it. OTH you can leave them feedback also. If they didn't contact you before leaving that neutral, I would respond with a neg. It will be THEIR buyers and sellers that will be reading that one.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Good answer! Calm and professional. And I'm hoping someday Ebay will give us more space to comment/reply to feedback left for us!

I just got my first neutral, my guy states the following "I' m waiting for my check to clear..I live 40 miles to town ,too far to go for" Then he ran out of room.
He left the feedback on Feb. 4th, the auction ended on Jan. 30th, I received his CHECK on Feb 6th, at which time I left positive. I didn't know he had left the Neutral untill today.
His item was shipped on the 6th, (Before the check was even deposited!). He is new to Ebay, 4 auctions in his feedback, all positive. He has left 2 positive and two neutrals. The other neutral is the same as the one he left for me except he didn't double space so much and was able to complete his statement,"I'm waiting for my check to clear.I live 40 miles to town ,too far to go for a money Order."
I guess it's mine and every other sellers fault that this guy lives so far out in the sticks that he can't get a money order. Doesn't have a credit card?
I'm waiting for confirmed delivery via iship.com before I reply, I want to include the delivery day. I'm also going to email him a nice professional message explaining the purpose of feedback at ebay. Maybe he won't leave such a stupid feedback for someone else in the future.
With over 2400 sales, 1291 Positive feedbacks, 100%, this fool leaves me such a lame nuetral it really irks me. I'm now thinking about withholding feedback for the buyer untill feedback is left for me.
