I have put up a few threads about what you sell reflects your customers. Through the comparison of others who participated, it has become quite obvious that when you sell collectibles and high end items, your rate of filing FVF's are much lower than selling to younger and less responsible bidders.
I am doing everything possible to cut back filing FVF's, and see that there is now an instant purchase feature through Paypal if they use Buy It Now. Anyoone else using this? If so, what is your experience with it? Have your BIN bids increased, decreased, or stayed the same? Also, are there any costs I should be aware of with this option?

E bays feedback system is Insanely . A cooling period of F/B like 20 days of filing for fees back. Soon many give up. Works for E bay. They keep 1000's of dollars.

Even though I use BIN frequently, I have never asked for Instant Payment. Sometimes I get payment even before I have had a chance check on the auction. I almost always put in the charges for shipping so they know what the total is.

Hi, Just like sanmar said. In my case also, I use bin for 2 particular items that I have up all the time,I would say 90% of the time it ends with buy it now, and I usualy receive the paypal payment even before I get the notice from ebay that it sold.

Jack: You can't use Immediate Payment. It's only for sellers with Business or Premier PayPal accounts. IIRC you downgraded to a Personal one.
It works OK. I wouldn't want to do all my auctions that way.
