E bay NOW calls NARU,,,,,,NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER. Hence, NLARU.......NARU'ed sounded so much er. Leave it to e bay to change something was to that.
How do I know this you may ask,,,
Well, a NPB from JUNE 2002 was finally NAILED by his 3rd NPB......From sellers who DID bother to File for their fees back from E bay. I notice I NEVER bothered to NEG him. Just jumped through the 20 days of B.S. Hoops from e bays NPB filing process!
If they made bidders,,, Jump through 20 days of before leaving NEGATIVE feed back Their feed back system MIGHT have SOME sanity....time heals ALL wounds and TIME to WORK it out.
Anyway HE wanted ME to REVERSE that. hahahahah.... 3 of US spent a total of 60 days filing on him and I replied with such.....He better not be holding his breath for any other responses back....poof! And GOOD Ridance. A $9.99 "item" with back then, the EXACT postage rate.. No "handling fees" which I have wised up to since then. NOW Days, $7.00 handling fee and the actual postage.
He want ot get BACK on E bay.....A snow balls chance in H,,,,,,,,,
Thing is,,,,,,,Soooooooo simple to resign up again as a NEW NPB.
And the beat goes on,,,,,,,,,,
Bidders NEED to !!!!!!. BEFORE Buying. Thank you.
NPB's have No rights,, to post. After the fact lies. But E bay lets them. They need to be blocked! Once the NPB is completed.
To the Naru's . Soooo, LONG! after 3,,,, DIFFERENT, sellers file NPB's.

I got someone NARU'd this past week - It is so much more satisfying to see them instantly removed from ebay than to leave a neg. No communication from this guy, but he had a decent number of feedback, like 200 positives and 3 negs. Guess what the other negs were for...

I got a deadbeat NARU this week also. I just got my FVF credit a few minutes ago, but when I filed the NPB, I also reported him for invalid contact info. The good part is, without a valid email address or phone number, he won't know why he got booted.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Sorry Jack, I missed the part where you said he'd be back with a new account. After reading a couple of lines of your rants/posts I usually skip to the next post in the thread.

I am just curious if you so called business people had left negs to begin with, would those deadbeats been gone even earlier than 18 mos?
Wonder how many other sellers they screwed because some sellers are afraid to leave a neg...

WHAT do NEGS have to DO with getting rid of deadbeats??
NOTHING, that's WHAT!
Filing for FVF gets rid of deadbeats!
THREE strikes & they're OUT!
Until feeBay's FB system is repaired (probably never), it's silly to leave NEGS for deadbeats -- that does absolutely NOTHING, except provoke inappropriate retaliation!
Ye can get an yer sanctimonious soapbox about the welfare of the "community" -- I say: "fooey!"

And yet, in that thread about the seller who had 10,000 negs, were you one of the ones who piled on and demanded his removal from eBay?
Sincere question. I honestly don't remember. I'm not afraid of leaving a neg (in fact, I enjoy it hugely) but I have a large cadre of dedicated buyers who don't give a rodent's heiny what comments other people might leave for me. Not all eBay sellers have that.
By the bye, I'll send a piece of sterling silver jewelry -- FREE -- to the first person who posts a URL to that thread. I knew I should have bookmarked it.

Don't remember, so yes let's get it up here and see if I did...
I always leave negs for those that deserve them... and I don't give a rat's ass if I get one back, that is what a response is for.
The point is, I guess I should speak slower for you fluffy, some sellers will do neither, but breaking that deadbeats first neg, seems to bring out the rest.
I have seen this happen in the past... I neg, then sellers that had auctions end long before mine... start to neg... soon the buyer is GONE...

They are gone because others filed for their fees, not because of the negs that were left, you twit.
(Twelvepole claims he has me on ignore because a couple of weeks ago he threw a little pouting tantrum on the Round Table and put many of us on ignore so if I call him a twit he won't know.)
Is this the thread you wanted, fluffy? If so, I'll pass on the silver jewelry, I have a ton of it. Besides, the thread was worth finding just to once again see Ace spouting his words of wisdom.

This guy is not to bad when you look what he sells. Low opening price[.99cents] and its all clear out stuff.
Just like the post office auctions the bidders do not bother to read the tos and then whine.

Look at how he's coped with the "too many auctions" problem. Each auction listing has a directory of his other auctions. I don't see very many sellers doing that, yet it would be trivial to implement.

I do seem to recall that he had over 10,000 negs. I went and looked.
I know from experience you can get negs removed without too much hassle due to profanity or invalid contact info, but I'm boggling at the effort it would take a schmoe like me to get 3,900 removed...one at a time.
Of course, this guy probably has his own PowerSeller rep, or one that only has a few high-profile sellers like jayandmarie and others.
