HEY! How does Sears get away with the item is no longer available? Many negs say they were told it was out of stock after they WON. Bought it actually.
When I was GREEN on e bay, sold an "item" NOT in MY personal posession,,, Week later I went to the guy who HAD the product. HE had SOLD it!!!! I was furious! And Terrified!!What!!!!!!
Well the BUYER threatened and SCARED the B Jesus out of me to say the least. You can't sell an item if you don't have it, he said. I am VERY Sorry, please I beg of you on my knees,,,,,me Lordship...Please Can we just go our own ways and forgive this? Yes my son. But Never list anything if you don't have it in stock, it's a Violation which will subject you to immediate and swift departure from selling on e bay.

In such cases, Sears will notify the winning bidder that the item is unavailable, and will try to arrange for a reasonable item substitution. However, Sears reserves the right to cancel the auction if a mutually-agreeable substitution item cannot be identified.
Yep bidders just don't read...
They have some pretty tough TOS and I bet they stick with it...
5 days to pay or guess what? you don't get the item...LOL
