I am trying to launch auctions, but for some strange reason I am having two problems. One, the auctions that I set up to launch over the last week are not showing my shipping charges, and Two, the auctions I am trying to launch today is asking me to "Choose One" of the auction sites, but isn't giving me options.

I posted a thread in the sales manager area hoping to seek answers from Vendio reps, but times keeps ticking away. I thought I would turn this over to the masters... HELP!!!

1. What are you using to launch? Vendio Sales Manager www, or Sales Manager Pro, or other?

2. What shipping charges are you trying to list? (Free Shipping, Fixed Cost, variable, calculated)

3. What site are you trying to list to? (Yahoo, Amazon, eBay, eBay Motors,...)

4. Where and what is telling you, "to "Choose One" of the auction sites.

More information about what you are doing and what you are trying to accomplish may be necessary for an educated answer.

------------

1) I am launching from my online inventory in Sales Manager.

2) fixed cost shipping - it is posted in all of my vendio info, yet isn't showing up in the text of the auction. it used to be there, but not now.

3) I am listing to Ebay

4) In Inventory, I click the items to launch. Then I select my time, date, and "Choose One", but the only option is Choose One. There are icons from Vendio Stores, Ebay, and Ebay stores shown as valid options, but these are only images, and are not in the "Choose One" drop down list as it is normally. I have never had this problem before.

I figured it out, apparently I had to choose the proper fee structure since the Free Intro time expired. You would think Vendio wouldn't let me log into my account until I choose the proper one instead of making me go through all the hoops to figure it out.

An hour of frustration when all I needed was, "You Must Choose a Account Structure" or whatever... Oh well, I'm back up and launching.

The only problem now is that my shipping rates are not showing up towards the bottom of my auction description like before. Any ideas???

In a nut shell, there are two places to put the shipping information on a Vendio inventory item.

One is on the first page, and the second is on the eBay "linked to" detail page.

Do both places have the correct information entered?

I only use Vendio so that I can change it if necessary in the Sales Manager Pro if I list something that weighs more or less than what I have as teh standard shipping cost.

I am not sure what "I only use Vendio means"

I believe the ebay linked page is the place that shows at the bottom of the auction, and the shipping on the first page, Vendio Inventory is used for Vendio Checkout.
