wondering if this happens to anyone else..
when I go to postage log, select the postage, and click on email (so I can email the buyer the delivery confirmation code) it opens up an outlook express window.. what seems to happen is.. whenever I edit the content of the generated email, or try to cut and paste something into it and send it, dazzle will crash.
but if I just send it without editing anything, it wont crash. nor would it crash if I open another outlook express window, and cut and paste the generated email info into that new outlook express window, and send it in the non-generated outlook express window.
hope I'm making sense.
basically its rather annoying. just wondering if anyone else has a similiar problem before I go and report the possible bug or ask for tech support.

Haven't had that problem at all. Have been using Endicia for about 6 months now and have never needed to ask for any support help. They do say their support is phenomenal though.
