How do I qualify to use the Fixed Price format?
There are minimum requirements to list a Fixed Price item. You are automatically qualified if you have a minimum feedback rating of 10 or are ID Verified. You must have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at least 14 days to list multiple quantity Fixed Price items (or be ID Verified).

When listing you must select the fixed price format.

Listing Type: Auction
Fixed Price
eBay Stores

What happens when you try to list "fixed price"? You should be able to make a selection at the top of the listing page (using Sales Manager). You simply mark "fixed price" and enter a fixed price right (under the auction title where it says "listing type".

This is the layout at Ebay Motor listing page.
Never sold multi items there but it looks like, fill in quanity then put fixed price in: Buy It Now / Fixed Price

Quantity
Starting Bid
Reserve Price,
Buy It Now / Fixed Price

Tried writing a fake listing and got the same results as you did.

I listed 2 items with a 500 BIN and got the same as you about dutch.

Tried again with a 1.00 start bid and a 500 BIN and it worked.

But that is not a fixed price. It's an auction with a BIN.

You may need to go to Ebay proper to do this.

Sorry can't help with eBay motors...probably a better place to post this question is the Vendio tech moderated forum below (i don't think they work 24/7 but they will answer when they are around). Here is the link to that board:http://www.vendio.com/mesg/list.html?num=15

When I tried listing 2 items with a 1.00 start bid and a 500.00 BIN it worked.
That may be what you are looking for, didn't come back saying anything about dutch.

I noticed when I had a store I needed to put in a start price and a fixed, even though the start price never shows in a store.
