I gave a buyer a neg when there was nothing after 15 days- No response to EBAY's notice-I tried to Email her and the mail came back as undeliverable- Today i got an Email that she has a new email address and had been ill- Her feedback is very good - what can I do to correct it - she says she mailed the check 3 days ago-

There's a way to do mutually withdrawn feedback now. Do a search at ebaY help, I'm sure the link won't be to hard to find.
