Like allot of you guys I print all my shipping labels which includes postage here at home. However when I'm filling in all the pertinent shipping information "Recipients Name, address, email address etc", all via cut and paste from my merchant account this can be come rather time consuming.
Is there a prgram in which I could simply "Highlight/Copy" all of the winning buyers shipping info, and then paste it "With One Shot" and the prgram will auctomatically fill in all the appropritate fields? I probably lose close to two hours in productivity every week simply cutting and pasting customers shipping information. If someone hasn't developed this program yet, I'm sure someone will and make a fortune.
Warmest Wishes,
RC

Pardon me for saying so, but Endicia already has that feature:

Clipboard

The clipboard is an easy way to move addresses from another applications to DAZzle (or vice versa.) Simply select the address or any text that contains an address in another application and copy it (usually with File|Copy). Then switch to DAZzle.

If you have the automatic paste from clipboard option turned on in DAZzle, the address will automatically appear in DAZzle. If you aren't using that option, select the Edit|Paste Address command.

I LOVE Endicia! You will too – 509583!

Or, if you use PayPal, you can print the label from there for USPS or UPS. The buyers information is already filled in.

Can't you import or export your info into an address book you can use with the stamps services? I never tried it but it would seem it could be done?

Is there a way to do this with mail merge?
