Came in early yesterday morning and had an email that was sent through the "ask seller a question" link. They wanted to know what the shipping would be to their zip on an item I have listed. Looked up the rates at FedEx and clicked the reply button on his email and sent him the info to his Earthlink addy. Never gave it another thought until this evening I find an email from Earthlink saying my reply was in their spamblock file and I had to click on a link to jump through a bunch of hoops to get him to unblock my email. If he agreed to receive it, they would forward it to him. I just wanted to make everyone aware that Earthlink may see your replies as spam and block them. Earthlink actually sent this info to me shortly after I sent the reply yesterday. The reason I didn't find it until this evening? You guessed it...AOL recognized it as spam and put it in my spam folder

I think is going to happen quite often. My ISP has a spam blocker but I never see what they blocked and I guess what I don't see won't hurt me. I think they are trying to get a bill passed that anything that is advertising has to have an A first on the subject line. Then I think if you block the letter A you will never receive an advertisment. Sounds like a good Idea to me.

Actually, Earthlink's email shunts emails like yours into the "Suspect Email" section, not the Spam one. I, and probably most other users of it, check the suspect email section 2-4times a day. Emails like yours can easily be transferred into my inbox.
