I had Endicia lock up during processing a shipment.

I had to shut down and restart the program.

I notice that it deducted money from my account for the shipment where the processing halted midway, but there is no record of the printing in my print log.

Are there records kept elsewhere, or has anyone else run across this problem before.

My goal would be to get a refund for this item that did not process. I will have to audit the logt to see how often this has happened in the past. There could be a lot of money waiting for a refund if it is still eligible.

Thank you for your input.

open Dazzle (Endicia) go to Postage/Account on Endicia.com and see what your postage log says there, under User Reports/Account Transactions down on the bottom of the list on the left hand side of the page.

See if that transaction is showing up there or not.

If you apply for a refund you need to do it asap because after a certain amount of time you can't do it online, you have to mail it in and we know we hate that!

Hi. There wasn't anything in the vendio partner services about Endicia--only Stamps.com What is Dazzle? The Endicia.com address returns only a page saying that the website is not responding. How are Dazzle and Endicia related? Thanks.

Dazzle is the Endicia software.

ahh...now the Endicia software/website connection aren't working for me either. I wonder if this was part of the problem gousainc?

Open dazzle, go to refund request under the postage drop down menu. Enter the zip code and the date you tried to print.
Then you should get a list of them that match. Select the one that isn't in your log.

Thank you glassgrl and whatnot3!

Both of those suggestions did the trick.
