probably been asked many times b4, but please answer for me...i have to make a paypal refund[against paypal purchase]...when i issue the refund against my account; will paypal charge me 3percent for the refund? thanks in advance.

If you refund, it is as if it never happened. This also applies to partial refunds. I had one just last week where there were 2 purchases & I combined for shippin. I refunded $20.00 & was given a credit on the total.
