It doesn't look like it because that bidder hasn't bid on only the auctions that you see. He/she has never bid on other auctions.
Why doesn't that seller have a new Icon next to his name?

This person deals on high items and have reserves set. I bet his fees are high.

It is very possible. If so, this person is really stupid. Setting reserves like he/she did, and not getting it to the reserve price for someone else to actually bid above the reserve.

Seller has been an eBay member for over one month.

very possible...why didn't he bid above reserve?...maybe afraid that would look obvious and the seller was hoping this persons bids would bring in more? definitely looks funny

Yks I hate to see that bill.

I could never understand how baseball or football card sellers made any money on the cards they sell when they only sell for 99cents

sheese! that guy must have more money than sense. no bids on anything that i saw. and $9.99 shipping for a poster, maybe that's the money making part of it?

Last week he had a bid on one of 50 Kobe auctions, which means he paid $15 in fees and grossed $18.

The Subject was lost.

I had a second to burn today and thought I would check this persons auctions again. I was correct! It was a shill!

Yep, and in 30 days they'll be back up and running again. As Marvin the Paranoid Android said "Life's just not fair."
