As long as it doesn't have a bid Joe you should be able to go to my ebay and revise it.

Go to your auction page and in the upper left corner you will see the phrase Revise your auction. Click on that and it will take you into a page where you click another box and it takes you into your information and then you can revise it. If you have two user names besure you are logged into the one that the auction belongs to.

I hope this works for eBay motors but I know it does for regular eBay.

No you don't have to pay again. If you change the price low enough to change the price it will tell you at the end of your revision page.

If you change the price low enough to change the price it will tell you at the end of your revision page. Not quite.

Revising in ebay motors works the same as regular ebay with this exception. In this case you listed as a vehicle and your listing fee will not change. It is a flat fee of $40.00 and if it sells, then you will be charged another $40.00. The extra $10 was for extra items like bold or highlighting. OOnly non-vehicle listings does the listing fees get refunded or boosted with price changes. Hope you are able to make the changes.
Good luck

Thanks for the replies. The auction is for my boat so it is high priced. Only thing was it was covered until today finally had a nice day in northeast So I also took more pictures I would like to add beacuse i only had summer pictures and not detailed. Should I make URL's from auction to Auctionwatch or can i do it from The Salesmanager. Thanks Again for the replies kind of hard to contact ebay seems like they do not care once they have your money.

I don't think you listed in the wrong catagory, but it does sound like you didn't understand the catagory. A vehicle listing would include cars, boats, motorcycles and a few other items. When you pick those catagories, the price structure is fixed. $40.00 to list and $40.00 FVF if it sells. Then of course you can add the extras for the additional fees.

In this case, it should be your cheapest way. Sounds like your boat is quite valuable. Lets say $10,000. Under the regular listing formula, this would end up with over $175.00 in FVF's. So this catagory will save you money.

Thanks Stone sorry i meant on the fourms catigories. But thanks for the tip so what your saying is there is no final value fee for vehicles thats great cause i was anticipating a high Final value fee. Mabye it is better off for to just relist and eat the $50 bucks. Beacuse i also have very detailed pictures now. Thanks again ,Joe BTW could you let me know if I am right about the final value fee.

I wouldn't cancel the auction. Just revise it. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes and you won't have to blow the listing fees either.

You can go to Ebay motors and revise to change price and description.
You can add pictures to the auction right here from Vendio, just have the auction number on hand.

Thanks Stonecold for telling me about that. Since I never list there I guess I shouldn't give an opinion about fees. Revising I know, fees I don't. Thanks
