I went to a store closeout over the weekend. Bought 2 new Sega games. Am I in trouble with the Mftr? I have never dealt in this type of garbage befor.

Sanmar...Vero won't be a problem. The only thing you have to worry about is the NPB rate in that category as it tends to be much higher than in the category you normally list in. Get them listed right away before school lets out and the bored teenagers on vacation start their annual Ebay sport bidding games.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Question on Clothing? Our daughter moved her company across the USA, and gave me lots of her
new clothing that has Tommy Bahama tags and prices on them. She was a dealer for them. Can I sell them and list them on eBaY without a problem? Perhaps if I show the TB Tag in the pix?

ebay has a list of vero goods and brand names,you can get that list off ebay site.

Well that was an interesting read. I went to the vero section on eBay. Only read the one on Vera Bradley. I thought there would be more than there is unless I missed some.
Tommy Bahama isn't there. I think you can say where they are from as you wouldn't be telling a lie. Do you have a silk Tommy Bahama Hawaiian Shirt. Should be a good seller, but then I think any Tommy Bahama Shirts, especially the extra large or larger ones would sell good. My Opinion...just speculation.
