On our lastest listing to eBay(7 auctions) where our gallery photo should be we have the Mandrake Linux penguin(from a previous auction). Worst part is I can't find a way to change it. Any ideas on how to get it out of there without removing all 7 auctions?
PS: If I have to remove all 7 auctions-that's it for Vendio for us-too many problems.

Clean your cache and reboot using an alternate access number if you are on dial up. Delete the penguin from your vendio directory. If it still shows up, it's cached somewhere outside Vendio.

Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested-no joy, he's still there. Please check this link with your browser to see if you get the penguin. He'll be up on the left side of the listing, where the gallery picture usually is.

No penguin, but no picture either. Says picture unavailable and to try back later. Your other pictures show up below, though.

He's not there. If you deleted him from your Vendio image folder, that would explain why. Go into Vendio preferences and make sure you have the correct box checked for your default pictures that appear in the upper left corner. Pay close attention to which box you check as it can be confusing the first time around. A mischecked box is the only logical explanation for the same picture to be showing up in all your auctions. Also, the gallery pic and the left corner pic are two seperate things altogether. The picture you choose for the gallery will not necessarily be the same as what shows up in the corner.

I wouldn't leave the auctions you have up without the photos though. I would go in and revise them then upload the photo or post the link (depending on what is working at the time) so the photo shows up.

Stonecold, I've tried to do that-no good-can't get a picture to apprear in that box. The only way, as far as I can see, would be to cancel the auctions-fix them-then resubmit them. This is why I got a little upset when they showed up with the penguin. I'm listing more auctions this afternoon. We'll see how they come out. My wife listed last night, but didn't use Vendio due to this problem.

I may be wrong but I think when I have had the wrong image attached to the auction and then revised the auction with the right image, I had to upload to ebay from my computer (rather than going through Vendio) to get the Preview picture right..you mark that you want to use eBay picture hosting in the "revise auction" and then you upload to ebay and a pict will appear in the preview and at the bottom of the page (make sure you refresh page or clear cache before viewing).

I guess I didn't make myself clear. Update it from ebay, not vendio. It is pretty clear to me now that you didn't do it that way.
