buyer left neg feedback because he can't read. I buyer by phone. He realize his mistake and agreed to remove the feedback. When square trade wanted $20.00 to remove feedback he refused. so I paided the $20.00. Once squaretrade He refused and closed the case. Please Help ?

If SQ closed the case & your buyer refused to mutually withdraw, than you be SOL -- move on!

If the buyer closed the case, I doubt you paid $20.00. Usually they only charge you if the case is mediated.

Contact buyer and let them know you are the one paying for the mediation, and it will not cost them anything.

Find out if they are still willing to cooperate in removal.

File a new Squaretrade case.

Why get all shook up over a neg?? You will learn to live with it. I have & it hasn't hurt my sales one bit.
