buyer left neg feedback because he can't read. I buyer by phone. He realize his mistake and agreed to remove the feedback. When square trade wanted $20.00 to remove feedback he refused. so I paided the $20.00. Once squaretrade He refused and closed the case. Please Help ?

You wasted $20.00.......you have to Understand how it works....Sorry....there was a option they gave you to NOT pay the $20.00......
