I have been trying for 2 days to print postage from USPS site. Have been doing this without any problem for months, and now they changed their site and I can get it to work. I do everything right I think, and when I go to print, the label shows just a sample. It doesn't have my name, address, etc. nor the persons info that it is going to. Anyone else had problems? Anyone else had success in getting it to work? Dang....sure inconvinent of them.

Did you print it or just look at the preview? I did some DC and it had the sample thing but when I printed it was correct??

I quit using USPS & print from PayPal. It works great & doesn't show the amount of the postage.

I did print as I don't want to get charged if it is not correct. It just shows a generic name and address. I emailed the tech department, but may try Paypal instead. Was a little concerned with using Paypal as have read some issues about that also. Thanks for your ideas.

USPS recently changed its preview and shows a sample now. I was confused with that myself this morning but took the chance and printed and it comes out just fine, with the information I entered.

I no longer use the USPS.com site, I go from the Paypal site and it is so easy and so quick I hope I never have to go back to the USPS.com site again.
If for some reason they had a "technical error" on the USPS site and it said no you will not be charged for postage- well sure as heck you were charged for that postage and they would say 2 billing cycles to get that money refunded to me- that would pi$$ my off- because it would take a few seconds to charge my credit card but 2 billing cycles to reverse the charge- I mean come on
Ihaven ot had one problem at all with the paypal postage. (knock on wood)

I did go to Paypal and printed postage. I don't like using something on a site for the first time as sometimes I do get charged, or there is an error of some sort. But so far so good. Looks like everything came out well, and will be using Paypal shipping again. Like the idea of printing media mail, can't do that on the USPS site. Thanks all for your help.
Now.....if I could just get more items sold.....
