Wow, this has been some month. I got my first Neutral and that hurt a lot. But today I got a Negative(my first one) and it didn't hurt at all. This lady was absolutely crazy..... Of course, she wasn't smart enough to neg me after she got her refund, I can't help she has FAT feet, I sure hope her shoes (if she does return them) don't get lost in the mail........

This is the same lady that wanted me to ship for $3.50. Wish I would have blocked her right then and there.

You gave her a refund prior to receiving the merchandise back??
Not something I would be willing to do.
FYI: When I sell shoes I not only give the size, I measure the shoe from toe to heel - give width/height at tip of toe and width/height at widest part of the ball of the foot. I haven't had any shoe returns since I began including those measurements.
Hope this helps

oh, I'd never say they wouldn't get a refund, I just hope the package doesn't get lost in the mail...(wink, wink)
No, I haven't given a refund yet. I was happy to refund, we have a great policy..this lady was just out to get a deal and I guess I just didn't give it to her.
As for measuring the shoes, I run too many auctions to do that it wouldn't be cost effective. Our shoes are very popular brands and most people know their size. That's the risk of buying on the internet. If it is someone who is new to the brand, we always encourage them to try them on in a store and if they like the service they receive to buy from them. (Our prices are $50 under Retail, so most people buy from us that have done that.)
