I have a buyer that won several of my auctions. I had to send a second request to get her to contact me. When she does, she says she wants to bid on a couple of auctions ending in a few days and wants to pay after that. I say fine. She wins some more auctions and does not respond to the EOA notice. She has AOL so I know she is not even reading my emails. I even send an Ebay reminder to pay your seller message and no responsed. I resort to filing a NPB complaint and she pays me immediately but shorts me one auction. I refund the payment to her and request she pay for ALL of the items. She sends me an apologtic email and says she will resend after I refund (note that I have already DONE the refund and the refund is how she learned she had made an error). It has been several days and she STILL has not paid me. I have blocked her bids but it will be a while before I can finish the NPD process and start it on the next set of auctions. Any other suggestions?
I wanted to add that she has a 277 rating with no negs.

I automatically add all buyers to my blocklist if they neg me, take too long to pay (or don't pay at all) or if I issue a refund to them (my preferred method of heading of negs). Dare I say, I have been adding a lot of names lately.
