When I click on sending invoice after auction is thru at eBay, there is a personal message there that I put in years ago and would like to change it. I have tried to do it thru eBay, but they say it can only be done when listings a auction on eBay site. Can I do it anywhere here since this is how I list auctions? Thanks!

Yes, if you are listing through Vendio, click on "My Account", then "ebay specifics", then about 3/4 of the way down on that page is: Payment Instructions -
Display the following text in the Payment Instructions area of my listing (500 characters maximum).
That is where I fill in information, which shows up on my invoicing that I do through ebay.
