little tid bit,,,Earthlink AND E bay share the SAME Office space in,,,,,,,,Omaha, Nebraska!
I have the DIRECT number to Earthlinks ENGLISH speaking,,NOT outsourced to INDIA,,,reps!
I should know,,,,for one SOLID week now I,,,,have been battling with ELN,,,,,Some reps,,,say,,,MORE that they,,,,well you know,,I,,,,,seem to have a CHARM to get them to REALLY talk.
I STILL cannot reply OR send e mails out!!!!!!! 20 different reps have accomplished ziltz,,,,,,
I am losing money and sales at an ALARMING RATE!
To top it off,,,,,,they have an admitted problem RIGHT now and CANNOT access ANYONES problems!!!!!!!! call back in 4 hours is their latest cry as of 7:30,,,,,,,,
Saturday was my termination date of DSL,guess what,,,,a tech told me you are STILL connected!!!!!!! $50.00 for another MONTH! I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!!
Dial up has gone INSANE!!!!!! this page cannot be displayed,,,,,,red X's on everything Including after a 1/2 Hr.to get HERE!!!!!!
and the beat goes on,,,,,,,Have another 2 Buck Chuck.
