Following is a TOS of an auction that I was going to bid on. I liked his title and description when I could bid and get more than one tile. THEN I read the TOS. Not one violation but two. No I didn't bid.

Whats the 2nd violation? Shipping media mail WHERE Possible?
I dont know, Libra, if he/she charges exact shipping and 3% paypal fee (which I know is illegal, but face it, almost everyone pads s/h - isnt it almost like the same thing?)

He's sold comics in the past, so the Media Mail reference is valid.
Here's an example of a seller who apparently doesn't know he doesn't have to have a Business or Premier account with PayPal. He does very little business on eBay; he could use a Personal account and dispense with the surcharge nonsense altogether.
