I have a few really great customers who are constantly bidding on and winning my auctions. I offer free shipping on orders over $30.00 (including combining items). I would like to do something a little bit extra for these wonderful customers from time-to-time. What do you do special for those extra special customers? Thanks in advance for any and all ideas!

I have a supplier that has some costume jewelry priced at 12 for $6. I buy this stuff and give my customer a gift every now and again. At .50 I figure I can't go wrong. So far everyone loves the idea. Of course, this goes with what I sell. Maybe you can find someplace to get floss cheaply and include a skein every now and again since yarn can be expensive. I know a lot of crocheters that also do needlework into their crocheted items.

when my hands allowed me to crochet, i use to have yarn holders for use when working with multiple colors. these could be purchased very cheaply at a hobby store and would be a welcome item for anyone who works with yarn or thread.

I ordered inexpensive pens with my user name and email address on them. Whatever you give, personalize, even if you enclose a business card.

WOW! These are really great ideas. Another thing I should have mentioned is that most of my customers are grandmas or soon-to-be-grandmas that purchase the patterns to make for their grandchildren. Maybe I can find something along those lines too.

I remember the sellers who distinguish themselves by their superior service, fast delivery, good product as described and courteous and reliable email communication. A business card inclosed in the package would be appropriate but in my opinion gifts are a waste of money.
