on the local radio station this morning they interviewed an ebay power seller (did not catch her ebay id) she told what and how to look for things at yard sales, thrift shop, etc. what and how to sell on ebay.
then she dropped the shoe....she is selling the "How to kit" on her web site for only $75.00, which you will surely recoup shortly after buying the kit.

What a hoot!
Be sure to check out Lynn's About Us page, with a very interestingly-photographed portrait, shot FROM ABOVE, which achieves the twin goals of 1) hiding her jowls and 2) exposing her cleavage. Very cleverly done.
I imagine if Granny had had a cleavage shot Lynn would have included that, too.
My jaw dropped in awe... She's actually sold more than $20,000 a MONTH on eBay!
This book is a homebrew effort from start to finish, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were self-published by Vanity Press.

Unless I am missing something here, her modus operandi seems to be only buying at a yard sale if it is 1.00 or less, and listing on eBay with minimum bid of 9.99. While I have no doubt that doing this agressively and consistently will bring returns, I can't imagine her "secret" is worth paying $75.00 for.
I didn't bother looking at past auctions, but her current crop of stuff isn't too thrilling.

she stated on the radio show that her "unresearched" yard sale limit was $5.00. she told people to pay up to $5.00 for anything they thought would sell but no more unless they had researched the item first.
i have lived here all my life and have been antiquing with my mother for almost 50 years. i have never heard of her or her grandmother before.

I saw the Chuck Woolery get rich on Ebay infomercial the other nite on tv. I think the price was $29 something, and even includes sources for wholesale items. What a crock. Do you think Chuck knows that people are getting scammed on this?

$20,000,00? in a pigs snout! Unless the front cover showing the car is as much B.S. that was the ONLY month she sold anything for $20k. Bunch o' $9.99 crap with NO bids. A real listin' fool.
She'd do well to take one months income and get a face lift,,,,,and she more than likely needs a fanny lift to Boot!
20K A MONTH! What a blatant line of crap!
The MOST! and I was pushing it, did in a month was a lousy $19,000.00.

Yeah, it is basic...basic like the golden arches, that kind of thang.
It loads fast, it navigates decently, and RYB...everyones 'puter can load it.
Not one of those brochure sites that spin your hard drive in circles dealing with a flash intro or animated gif or (perish the though) midi-music-mediocrity.
Anyhow, never said I liked her foray into Carlton Sheeeets land, hehe.

She can't even describe her items correctly. "Hunting Grizzly Bear Alaska" It shows an eskimo hunting but with the seal and an iceberg also pictured it would have to be a polar bear. I'm guessing this couldn't be ivory. If it is the buyer is getting it for a steal.
