Ebay has added a new "search" and custom store header option to the store builder. You can elect to add this at the top of all of your listings in "store builder"-->"custom header". You get your store logo and title and a search your store box..there also is an to option to add 5 category links but evidently those aren't working yet so it's probably best to leave them out.

Actually the links to categories now work as well...I really like this eBay change! I had to change my store colors to co-ordinate with my Vendio template so my store looks a little bit like lime sherbet but hopefully I will get time to work on it this summer.
