will they repossess for non payment? do you still get immediately and they take the risk or will Paypal deduct it from your account if they don't pay?

They say they won't take the funds back from the seller's account if the payments become delinquint. But you know how eBay and Paypal change policies at the drop of a hat!

BUMPITY BUMP BUMP....
..couple weeks ago i posted this...
today....june 23, i got a mailer from paypal with a cd explaining the program...thought you might like to know the financial parameters of offering "buyer credit, no interest."
