This is pertaining to all the below threads that just popped up today....nothing is Binding,,,,all e bays fancy legal talk is just that,,,,,,,,Talk. this may as well be the local swapmeet,,,,Seller does not like the price the buyer is offering,,,pull it out of his hand and say, sorry NOT for sale.....and the fraudulent buyer,,,e bay collects one way or the other and cares less......WRONG!!!!!
The ONLY thing that is binding on e bay is E bays OWN rules.....for THEM!!!!!

How right you are, Jack!!!!!!!!! We pay eBay. In the real world that means we pay their salaries, not the other way around. Yet we get jacked around. No pun intended, Jack. I think they've been allowed to get, in my mother's words, to big for their britches.
