Have been getting a lot of these lately. On a daily basis and sometimes more each day than 1. Thought it might be spybot since they appeared the same time I downloaded their program. It never appears on their search and destroy list. Should I delete?

My rule of thumb on cookies is, if I don't recognize it, delete it. If it was important, when you go back to that site, it will redownload.

I delete my cookies about every other week. I know it is a hassel to try and remember all the passwords but I find this is the best way to do things.
