Can anyone tell me the name of this song.
(needed for an eBay auction, not by me)

I would like to play it myself, but can't get it to open.

I believe the name of the song is "Flip-Flopping Away" by Simon and Garfunkel. It's the official John Kerry campaign theme song.

Nah! It's: "I was a big CHICKEN during VN & Daddy kept my white BUTT here so I could PARTY & avoid my military obligation!" by GW BUSH!

Maybe you really opened a virus, and only saw a fake error message, carefully crafted. I've had it happen to me.

Those who tried to open it might want to scan their hard drive for spyware and viruses.

Sorry to act paranoid here. Many of you just eagerly clicked on it and tried to open, didn't you?

I clicked on it too, and when I got the warning that it may contain a virus, I mentally kicked myself and cancelled the action.

mcjane is to be trusted but where did it come from before he/she tried to open it?

meadow..just what kind of virus software are you using?

I clicked on it and it opened up with winzip and then it opened in Windows media.

It says it's titled wemeet.

It's on the tip of my tounge.

But the organ music reminds of the days in the roller rink

toasted........now you got us scrolling waaaaaaaaay off the page~!

We'll Meet Again
Words and Music by Ross Parker and Hughie Charles - 1939

Let's say good -bye with a smile dear, Just for a while dear, We must part,
Don't let the part -ing up -set you, I'll not for -get you sweet -heart.

Chorus:
We'll Meet A-gain don't know where, don't know when
But I know We'll Meet A-gain some -sun ny day,
Keep smil -in' thru' just like you al -ways do
Till the blue skies drive the dark clouds far a -way.
So will you please say hel -lo to the folks that I know, Tell them I won't be long,
They'll be hap -py to know that as you saw me go, I was sing -ing this song.
We'll Meet A-gain don't know where, don't know when
But I know We'll Meet A-gain some sun -ny day.

You can actually just put "we'll meet again" in Google and it will bring up several versions of it.....

bunni, that's the exact message I get when I click on it.

meadowlark, your right, I would NEVER do that..........
Ok, here's where I got it. bootsnana sent it to me, she needs to know the name of the song. She is on webtv & says she can listen to it with no problem.
She USED to post on the RT

So what is it:
Flip Flopping Away
or
We'll Meet Again

try one of my links McJane, they both have .midi files with it playing. I listened to 3 different ones and while they are all a little bit different with different instruments or timing, they all sound like the link you had.

gee, doesn't everybody have winzip? it's free! If you have winzip it opens right up!
