I am SO tired of people who are too damn lazy to read or too illiterate to comprehend what they do read. It the end of every auction I send out an email that gives the total with shipping, states my accepted forms of payment and what is needed to make payment via each method. Spells out what forms of payment I specifically do not accept and what to do if yo u have multiple orders you wish to combine.

Every day this week, at least five people a day email me asking for information that is in the email. I could almost deal with this if it was not for the fact that these brain dead pathetic lazy imbeciles actually send me these emails by hitting the respond button on the email that has the answers to their question in the first place.

Next time someone from ebay calls or writes one of you asking for input on their system... Tell them you want an IQ Filter on auctions.

You must be THIS SMART to bid on this auction. Have a test registrants can take which determines the level of auctions they are allowed to bid on. They can retake the test every 90 days.

This situation needs more than a couple of two buck chucks, it needs a few margaritas with shots of contreau!

I had one customer REPLY to my end of auction email and ask how much the total was. Idiots are out there in force.

The IQ Filter is a terrific idea fenix, but how will the "level of auctions they are allowed to bid on" be determined...those poor sellers on those auctions are going to get ALL of the IQ rejects...

Are you sure your bidders are getting the e-mails. I get these questions often too, but after tracking these I am finding out that they almost always are using AOL. AOL is blocking all ebay related notices unless the bidders actually add your e-mail to their list of acceptible e-mails.
Try sending them an e-mail that has no links and with all the previous e-mail deleted. I found that this will work about 50% of the time. Then you can tell them to add you and usually then the e-mails will go through.

Stone - Yeeh - I am sure. In fact, when the email asking for the info is a direct reply to my notice (As In RE; Item Winner........) there is no doubt whatsoever.

I think this one is going to take a day of no listing, especially since I need to send out a few dozen reminders. I send reminders to people who have not done the check-out and specifically state in the reminder that I am sending it because I have a bout half a dozen paments that have no info as to who they are for. I explain that the check out will help me to process their orders more efficiently and match-up some of the existing payments to items. I sent out 50 of these reminders last week - 3 people folloowed he diections, at least a dozen sent me an email saying theu had sent their payment already, completely ignoring the actual text of the reminder.

I have some Jack Daniels Watermelon cocktails freezing as we speak in preparation for tomorrows email campaign.

On a good note... new customer just emailed asking about possible discounts on monthly 5K orders so I'm doing a lilttle happy dance. I guess I just have to remember that ebay is a marketing tool to attract those kind of customers.

fenix; Are you making a profit? Are your sales doing well? Then learn to live with the idiots who ask "stupid" questions. Not everyone out there has a 125 IQ. Live with it & smile as you go to the bank.

If I were getting that many customer inquiries a day, I would be thinking that perhaps my instructions to them needed some work.

In all my auctions it states that I do not ship internationally. This week I have three so far from other countries and two of them I can't get an E-Mail to go through to them to give correct shipping charges. The other one sent an e-mail wanting to know if a $10.00 money order would cover every thing and would that be O.K. hoping I'd think he was in the U.S., yea right...I hate to have to start combing my auctions before they go off and canceling unwanted bids. Why can't this poor Kentucky E-Bay Seller sell in peace.

I just had a good one, they want an invoice FAXED to them, no emails! Then they said they would accept an invoice from eBay so I sent that.

JD Watermelon Coctail.... I wish I had a recipe - give me a few days off and a juicer and I'll come up with one but in the meantime I just pick up a 4 pack at the neighborhood store.
