For those of you who know about the guy who left bad feedback for S/H after the deal was over (I reduced it by 40% + free gift and still got nailed for bad feedback), I just filed a complaint with ebay over the wording of the bad feedback. I just woke up this morning with the answer.
Ebay has a policy it will remove feedback that is "profane, vulgar or adult material". The bad feedback reads as following
beware potential bidders, get out the vaseline for shipping /handling charges. OUCH
I wrote ebay stating that "vaseline" is a USA term for anal sexual intercouse. It is futher proof by the "ouch" reference at the end of the statement for the pain of the initial penetraition. Ebay's policy is strictly family orentated and this violates all three of ebays removal specifications. It is profane, vulgar and contains adult material. Please have this removed.
I will keep you updated as to ebays response. I believe that I have a good chance of removal.
