Does Ebay have a feature to search for just
Power Sellers by category? I bought some plastic bags from a Power Seller last year that had great prices. I want to purchase some more. Any suggestions?

Did you leave feedback for that seller. You could search for feedback that you left and that might remind you of who they were.

If you paid with PayPal, do an export of the activity between the dates you bought, and search for the item in the title.
The PayPal transaction may hold enough information for you to find the seller.
