I tried running a batch of "return positive feedback" yesterday... and none of them went through. I figure I'll try again in a couple of days.

I dumped vrane and could not be happier. I was always having problems with them, and their tech support sucked! I purchased a program from merlinsoftware.com for something like $15 and it works great! This is a one time fee, they are always working on updating the program, etc. I strongly recommend it
