I think I need to deversify off ebay and actually have my own website. I have been selling in online auctions long enough. I need some feedback as to what you all are using for this. I just checked out homestead (the only one I could remember. Their prices look reasonable. How's they Cust service? tech support? Anyway, I need to get my butt in gear while I have the time to do it.

I can recomment two:
www.schogini.com
Very good for a newbie webmaster, will hand hold.
Crystaltech.com
I have nothing but good things to say about them.
I am sure there are masses out there. Certainly there must be a comparison site for hosting, try google. Some hosts can charge less because they only allow so much traffic or downloads, so you need to check all the bells and whistles out.

make sure they are going to be around for awhile(more than a year).
Speed is important, shoppers lose patience when it takes too long to load.

Fatcow is fantastic. I've been with them for three years and would not even consider going elsewhere. Outstanding customer service and tech support, never had any downtime, constantly expanding and developing new tools to market your site, comes with shopping cart, and lots of other whistles and bells. I highly recommend them. Price is $100 a year.
