I know nothing about pottery/glass/ or that whole catagory, but of course since I sell on ebay my mother thinks I can sell anything for her . This is from her friends estate, so I don't even know how old it is. Along with the vase I got a Royal Doulton Autumn Breezes figurine, so she must have had some expensive taste...

Any clue how I should list this or who the maker is?

edited to add - wow, I figured out how to do pictures, and that the stamp just says made in England. It has some crazing, too.

Obviously, a delightfully whimsical Lamprey Eel Bouquet -- matches my set of Dancing Snail Figurines...

OTOH, I could be mistaken??

Unusual piece! Are those flowers? Do I see stamens inside the "flowers"? If you list, be sure to put purple or amethyst purple in the title. Those folks go nuts over that color.

Very interesting piece. How big is it?

I wonder if it's designed to hold a particular flower. Crocus, maybe?

I think it's short as far as vases go - about 9" tall.

Crocuses are those short little flowers that pop up at the first sign of spring!

If I had more time I'd post a picture but it probably doesn't matter...
