Good morning all... Several years ago ebay closed down all my auctions because they said someone complained that in my template I stated that I would "return all monies except listing charges and shipping". Ebay said no no can't do this. Am I nuts to wonder why just this morning I have read in at least 10 "power sellers" auction listings almost word for word the same thing.I will not return shipping charges. Do power sellers get to do this ...is this one of the "perks!" Am I nuts or just bitchy! Boy is that an open question...!!!

ebay does not shut down a seller's auctions just because he wont refund shipping and ebay fee.

I think the "except listing fees" was the part that did it. If you were charging your buyers for your listing fees and someone complained ebay will shut you down in a hurry.

For years, my TOS states, "Be advised I do not return shipping fees" Neve had a problem with eBay.
