I received an email from a bidder letting me know he has not received any of the items he bought from.

He has won bids on three of my auctions, paid for them, left me positive feedback for them.

Since this is the first time this has happened to me (in the USA), am I covered by Pay Pal? They were sent by Priority Mail, with DC, to the confirmed address.

Track the DC numbers through the USPS web site. If they show as delivered, you should be safe with Paypal. If he has not received them at his home, then it's likely they will be at his Post Office. He will need to check with them. Give him a description of the sizes and shapes of the packages so he can tell them what to look for.

He left positive FB ! & he says he didn't receive his items, huh. Anything in the FB like "nice item" "very pleased" if there is then he received them & has you confused with another seller or is trying to get his money back.

His feedback was specific to the items he bought. I called Pay Pal and they told me since it says delivered to the confirmed address I was protected.
