Someone had a thread further down, a few days ago, about this. I'd love to join in but don't have good records. More power to these brave folks.

OOps, guess I am a little slow. I can't even download my billing info from ebay now. It shows invalid start and end dates. Even if I only try one month's worth! The farthest I can go back to is april 2004 Very weird unless I am doing something REALLY wrong.

Roadsmith...We don't have to join in. As soon as the court certifies this as a class action lawsuit, every seller who had a balance during the period named in the suit will automatically be included. When a settlement is made, every seller will be given the opportunity to opt out of the class and pursue individual action.
