It seems MORE complicated (and prolonged) to receive a credit from Ebay for non-paying bidders using this "new & improved" method.

One reason being is the penpal emails we're forced to write to the simpletons.

Your thoughts?

An update from AuctionBytes newsletter:

"...eBay announced Wednesday that shortly after it launched the new
system, it noticed two issues that needed to be fixed for the process
to work as designed. eBay said it believe both of those have been
resolved. More details are available on an eBay discussion thread set
up to communicate the problems and give further details about the new
policy:"
