Does anyone have a link to look up values of silver or silverplate? I have a pair of candles sticks that I believe are silverplated. They are both marked WM A Rogers by Oneida Inc silversmiths Never heard of a silver company teaming up with a china company but stranger things have happened

I think both companies have produced silver items. Oneida Silver sounds very familiar, and so does Rogers. But together?! Odd. Good luck.

Oneida owned Wm A. Rogers, they are now part of International Silver.

Try replacements and see if they have it - they now have a gallery search which is really great.

Their prices are, of course, way high. But it's something to go by.

Oh sure neroter12, they really offer a great service for those who can't get that special piece another way. I think they will even identify your piece for you if you email them.
But I would think it would be a waste of money to list something on ebay using their price as a starting price or reserve price.

I have added the candlestick fotos above. Not the best, I know. The tag on both of them say WM A Rogers by Oneida Inc Silversmiths Kind of William Tell looking, aren't they? You expect someone in an old black and white movie to carry one of these going down a dark stair case.

I checked with replacements.com. They have an Oneida but no Wm A Rogers at all. They told me to send fotos for id.
Sanmar, do you happen to know when International took over the rogers/ oneida line? That would be really helpful
