I have this buyer who decided (a newbie) that it is difficult to have Ebay items sent to her and now wants to back out of the auction. OK fine with me but I am trying to block her ID so she can't bid anymore.

I can't find where you go to block these knuckle heads anywhere.

Could someone point me in the right direction before I get dizzy. I may be looking too hard and it is probally right in front of my face. My luck.

Anyway please help---thanks.

On your My eBay page on the left side of the page is a section called "Selling Links" near the bottom of the page. Click on "more" and it will take you to the link.

Thank you. I got it.

I did look at that page and glanced right over it. I must need glasses.

She is blocked and my head ache is going away.

Way too many bidders that "change" their mind, want special shipping, discounts or want you to end auctions early so they can get it cheaper.

I hear you! My list is growing day by day. Glad we could help. You'll find Ralphie to be quite helpful most of the time. It's Tom you have to watch out for. LOL!

meowmix,

Using her bidder ID, you might want to do a search (in advanced search) to see what else she has recently bid on and won. If she won the same item from another bidder, she may be giving you some excuse to back out and buy from another seller at a lower price.

You may or may not want to pursue anything on it, but might help you see if she's telling the truth. Her feedback, especially if she has a number of recent transactions shown there may also be a clue.

If you aren't interested, don't waste your time. It's just another tool.

meadowlark--I did do that. She purchased about 6 items from another seller but not related to what she won with my auction. All items from the other seller were the same item, just 6 different auctions/BINs. She only has one feedback-positive from the other seller. She may have had trouble receiving that sellers items.

She may be telling the truth but I did remind her of the Ebay bidding policy. I in fact copied and pasted it into an email for her as an educational device.

I mutually agreed with her to end the transaction so I did give her the benefit of the doubt. I was very nice about it and told her I was going to to a NPB to recoup my fees.

I just get fed up with these people who don't follow through with transactions and come up with excuses after excuses to why they cannot pay.

OK, I think this person definately needs to be put on everybody's Blocked List. I pulled up her ID again and looked at things she has recently bid on and not won. (I just looked at her items she had won) and she has been bidding on power tools and computer periferals. She has a total of 16 items from the middle of June to now she has bid on.

I copied and pasted the URL to her feedback here. I don't know how to link it so could someone please do it.
