I'm a new seller and I have an auction winner who refuses to respond to my invoices and emails. Do I have to wait the number of days I stated in my auction for payment or can I drop this guy, and relist.
If I do can he post negative feedback on me?
This guy has 2 negatives out of 57 in the past for the exact same thing. Also can I refuse to accept bids from anyone I want , like this guy, during an auction?
You can put any bidder you want on your blocked bidders list. In My Ebay on the left side of the page near the bottom is a section called Selling Links. Click on "more" and it will take you to a link for adding bidders to your list.
Sorry you have to have this trouble being a new seller.

Even though he has two negs already, the one thing I'd caution is to wait a bit longer. During summers and holidays people sometimes bid and forget about it until they get back home. Not nice, but it does happen.
That's what I'd do. You do whatever seems to be reasonable for yourself.

I'm pretty sure you can relist if you want to but you do have to do the process 7-10 days? -whatever it is now, for the NPB FVFees.

Since your a new lister I wouldn't advise leaving him a neg, he will retaliate & leave one for you. Low FB with a neg could really hurt a new sellers sale.
If he continues to ignore your emails file for FVF & cross your fingers he doesn't neg you. Of course if he does then neg him back, but only if he does it first.
Yes, he certainly can neg you & he can do it without just cause. eBay needs to block NPB from leaving FB & to be completely fair they should block both buyer & seller since there was no transaction.

Wait the alloted time.
Do the NPB/FVF thing.
Don't leave feedback unless he does!
If he has 2 Negs as a buyer, he may very well have 2 FVF's against him.
If he does your's will be 3 and he's gone!
