These people are #183 (or thereabouts) on the Nortica 500.
Unbelievable.

yeah, especially since complaints are not receiving items. How do they stay alive? Giving ebay mucho dinero? Buyers must not really care about FB afterall if they keep on bidding here....

About 13% of their feedback this month is neutral or negative. The negs are saying they never received the item and couldn't get a response from seller. I'd only have to see one of those negs to shy away from this seller.

I have said it before Feedback means nothing on eBay. People keep buying because they never look at the feedback.

WHOW!!!! I have been an ebay seller since 1997. I work so hard to transact honestly and am proud of my feedback. I received my first neg 2 weeks ago. A plate arrived broken despite a mountain of bubble wrap. The woman never even wrote to me to say it was broken, can you refund my $ nothing just a neg. I cried NO KIDDING I cried I was so bummed. I wrote to her a very nice letter, just.. why didn't you talk to me, no threats. About 3 days later I looked at her feedback. She had completed 17 transactions(new member in April 04)she had posted 3 negs since April!!!! I have recovered, but after looking at the above dealers feedback page I am so disapointed in ebay YET AGAIN! Why is this person still selling? Why are people still bidding? Is feedback meaningless? I wish I had gone to law school!

I just had the same thing happen, broken plate that is. I didn't get a neg though. The bidder emailed me to say the plate was broken in two. At least I got the chance to refund. I didn't buy that it was my error in packaging and the bidder refused insurance. However, I'm not going to argue the point over $9.99. From now on, insurance is mandatory on breakable items!

Most breakables I mail are low-cost items so I don't require insurance. But when I ship breakables, I ask the buyer to take a photo of the package, if it arrives appearing damaged, and of the contents upon opening, if the item is broken, and send the pix to me. I will take it from there.

To be fair to the seller in question, his troubles only seem to have started in the last several weeks. It looks like he is having trouble getting orders out the door. "Item not received" feedback generally means the item was received, just not as quickly as the buyer would have liked.
